C'est Pepper!
I'm so excited, because French CD Nathalie Cheron, has this to say about her gorgeous dog, Pepper:
"He loves to talk with the Universe, and the vacum cleaner! You know Shiba Inus don't know how to bark , so it sounds like they talk!"
